How can I manage “My Collections” on MyIPR?

Hi Creator! For the efficient and effective management of your creatives, we introduce the My Collections page on our platform. It aims to help you align your creatives inside folders or as individual files. 


Let’s go through the functionalities on the My Collections page.


Firstly, you need to log in to MyIPR. You will land on Homepage. Go to the left side panel and select the option "My Collections".



Congratulations! You’ve reached My Collections page.


Functionality 1: 


Search Bar


In case you have too many files or folders, search your desired file or folder by name.

Here, when you enter a search term into a search bar, the search engine will return a list of results that match your search query.



Functionality 2: 


Filter by Category


You can filter your creatives by the selected categories of the file or folder.



Functionality 3: 


Filter by Status


You can also filter your creatives by status (In Progress or Completed) of the file.



Functionality 4: 


Sort by


You can sort and select your file or folder by the following options:

  • Recently Modified
  • A-Z
  • Z-A





Functionality 5: 


Add Folder


Step 1: 


Create a new folder on the My Collections page with Add Folder button.


  • Acceptable character length is 1 to 30 characters and can contain special characters limited to Hyphen (-), Underscore (_), and Full Stop (.) only.



Step 2: 


Write the name of your folder and click to Add folder button.



Step 3: 


Congratulations! Your new folder is on the page. 



You can rename your folder by selecting the below options respectively. Moreover, you can delete the folder directly if it's empty. Else, move the file inside the folder and then delete it.




Functionality 8: 


Create a Certificate

Against any file (parent certificate) you can do the following tasks:

  • View Details: You can check for details such as File size, Transaction ID, File hash, category, etc.
  • Move to: Your certificate can be moved to a new folder or new location.
  • Transfer Certificate: Your ownership of the certificate will be transfered to other person/entity.
  • Delete Certificate : Your certificated will be deleted from the homepage. It will still be available in Recycle bin.



Even if the minting process fails, the file will still be shown, but only limited options will be available: View Details and Delete.
