Homepage for Admin

Hi Admin! MyIPR is designed to simplify and enhance your asset creation experience.


While accessing the homepage, you will be greeted with a clean and intuitive interface that is designed to maximize efficiency and ease of use. Here are some key functionalities and elements we will expect you are looking at as an admin: 


Navigate to the Homepage of MyIPR


After successful login, the admin will land on the home page to explore the MyIPR website.



Navigate to Profile Icon



Step 1: 


Navigate to My Profile



The “About you” details in the “Profile Info” section cannot be modified.
Once registered, personal details such as Username, Email Address, and Company Name cannot be changed later. Additionally, the First Name and Last Name cannot be modified or edited after completing the KYB verification process.



Step 2: 


Change the Password

Notifications


Clicking on the “Bell icon" will open a new page displaying all notifications.



Credit bundle


Users can purchase credit bundles, or they can check available credit points.

History

Settings

Activity Logs

Manage Drive


Step 1: 


Navigate to “Link Drive" then select cloud integration.



Step 2: 


Select the type of storage for integration with MyIPR to upload storage.

User can either link personal or any other drive to their MyIPR account.

Step 3: 


Admin can select existing account or add another account as well.



Step 4: 


Click on "Link More" to add more storage to MyIPR account.



Step 5: 


Admin can also unlink the existing drive by clicking on the “Un-link drive” button.



A user can click on the pop-up to successfully unlink the drive.


 

Users can search files by their name and sort files based on categories and status.


 

Create a Certificate


Firstly, a page will open asking for a thumbnail and the asset file available on storage.
