How can I check my History? (Transactions, MyIPR Credits, Certificate)

Hi Creator! Do you want to access your history in MyIPR?

Not only can you check your transaction history, but also you can access your entire activity on the MyIPR application in a very transparent and secure way. 

MyIPR facilitates users with the following list for better user experience namely,

• Transactions History
   You can choose this option to check all your payment-related or transaction-related history on the MyIPR platform. 

• MyIPR Credits History
   You can check your history of credit transactions i.e., past MyIPR tokens that generated your asset certificates using this feature.

• Certificate History
   You can check the details of the generated asset certificates using this feature of the MyIPR platform.

So, let’s see how to check the history in MyIPR!

Step 1: 

Select “History” to Check your Recent Activity

Click on “History” to browse all the different options available.

The following History options can be checked in MyIPR namely,

1. Transactions History.

2. MyIPR Credits History.

3. Certificate History.

Step 2: 

Select “Transactions” to Check Transactions History

Click “Transactions” option to check and verify all your transactions. You can also access all the additional information of your transactions.

Step 3: 

Navigating Transactions History Page

1. Transaction ID i.e., unique ID of the particular transaction.

2. Transaction Type i.e., credit or debit is shown.

3. Paid Using (Payment Method)

4. Total Amount

5. Date & Time of Transaction

6. Status of the Transaction i.e., payment successful or failed is shown.

7. Action

8. You can look for a particular transaction by searching it using its “Transaction ID”. 

9. You can also choose to display the desired number of transactions from your entire list.

Step 4: 

Filtering and Sorting Transactions

Filter and Sort all your transactions depending on their status of payment i.e., “Success”, “Pending” or “Failed”.

Step 5: 

Select “MyIPR Credits” to Check Credits History

Step 6: 

Sorting MyIPR Credits History

Sort and filter your credits history depending on their activity i.e., “Credit Spent”, “Credit Purchased” or “Credit Refund” for better reference.

Step 7: 

Select “Certificate” to Check Certificate History

Click “Certificate” to access all your asset certificate’s details.

The Certificate details include,

1. File Name i.e., the name given to the asset file.

2. Activity

3. Created On i.e., the date and time of first certificate generated.

4. Last Modified i.e., the date and time of the latest certificate generated.

Step 8: 

Searching and Filtering Certificate History

• You can search for a particular certificate using its File Name in the Search box.
