Hi, Business User! We understand the importance of maintaining the security of your account, and our platform provides a straightforward process for updating your password.
Step 1:
Navigate to the Profile Icon
Navigate to the “Profile Icon" and click on “Change Password".
Step 2:
Fill in the required fields:
A new window will open for entering the new password in the “Current Password” field.
Enter a “New Password” and “Confirm the Password”
The selected password must comply with the below-mentioned criterion.
The criterion for selecting a valid password:
Password must contain at least 8-20 characters.
It should always be an alphanumeric string.
Password must consist of at least one lowercase and uppercase alphabet.
Password must consist of at least one special character including “!, @, #, $, %, &, *, (), -, +, =, ^”
New password should not match the last 3 passwords.
After meeting the password criteria, the password's strength will be assessed based on the number of characters. If the character count is between 0-8, 9-12, or 13-20, the password will be classified as weak, moderate, or strong respectively.
Click on the "Change Password" button to confirm the password change.
