How can I permanently delete certificate and its version?

Hi Admin! Looking to streamline your certificate collection by removing ones you no longer need permanently? You're in luck because we've got you covered.

Allow us to guide you through the process of permanently deleting your certificates. Let's get started!

Step 1:

Go to the My Collection section and select the certificate that you wish to delete.



Step 2:


Select the certificate and click on the Delete button to get it deleted.



Another Way to restore a certificate: 


Select the certificate and open the certificate. Then click on the delete button to get deleted.



Step 3:


On clicking Delete, a dialogue box will appear to confirm that you want to delete a certificate.




Step 4:


On clicking the Delete button of Dialogue box, the certificate will be temporarily deleted from the collection section. The certificate will be saved in the Recycle Bin.




Delete your certificate from the Recycle Bin


Step 1:


Select the Recycle Bin button through the left-side navigation bar.



Step 2: 


Select the folder and click on the Delete button to permanently delete the certificate.



Step 3: 

To permanently delete the certificate, you need to enter the OTP sent to the registered email.




In case you did not receive the OTP, you can click on the Resend OTP button.



After entering the OTP, you need to select the delete button and Congratulations! Your folder has been deleted permanently.
