Hi Admin! Editing your profile is a breeze with just a few simple steps.
Step 1:
Select the “My Profile” Option in the Profile Section
To check or edit your profile information, click on the “Profile icon” at the top of the screen.
A pop-up box appears with the following options:
My Profile
Change Password
Log Out
Click on the “My Profile” option to navigate to the Profile Info page.
Step 2:
Navigating “Profile Info” Section
Only Username can be modified under "About you" section, other details cannot be altered.
Personal details such as First Name, Last Name, and Email Address once registered cannot be altered.
Functionality 1: Change Username
Step 1:
Edit your unique Username.
Users can update their username even after KYC completion. Users can update their username even after KYC completion. The username can only be changed after 15 days of account creation.
The criteria for changing the Username:
The username can be updated once in 15 days only.
The username should be unique every time. If a user is deleted or blacklisted then the username associated with their account can’t be taken by any other user additionally this will be controlled by admin later. However, once the username is changed, the previous username can be used again.
Criteria for choosing a Username: It must be unique; Between 4 to 16 character length; May have letters, numbers, and special characters (accepting only “.” and “_”); It should not have more than 7 numbers
Step 2: Click on Update Profile to save the changes.
Functionality 2: Updating Profile Photo
Step 1:
You can upload a new profile photo or change the existing profile photo by clicking the “Upload your photo” button.
The criteria for uploading a profile photo are:
The file format should be JPG, JPEG, PNG.
The image file size should not exceed 2MB.
You can upload a profile photo by browsing locally on your devices.
Step 2:
Update Profile
Click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the screen to change or update your profile successfully.
Step 3:
Profile Updated
A “Profile Updated” pop-up message appears after a successful profile photo upload and profile change.
