How can I manage the MyIPR settings as a Business Admin?

Hi Admin! Are you someone who likes to modify the settings at your convenience? 


We got your back, buddy!


Let’s go through how you can check and change the settings of your MyIPR notifications.


MyIPR Business Admin: Settings


Go to the left side panel and select Settings.




Page 1: Notification Settings


For MyIPR settings, click on Notifications to modify your notification settings.



A Notifications Settings Page will open to manage email notifications.


Here, you will get options to modify 3 functionalities.


By default, all the notification functionalities are enabled.


Functionality 1: 


Enable/Disable Marketing Email Notification


The marketing emails by MyIPR include the latest platform updates and offers for you to leverage MyIPR.


Click on the toggle button to enable/disable the Marketing email notification functionality.




Functionality 2: 


Enable/Disable Password Update Email Notification


Whenever you update or change the account password, you will receive an email notification. 


Click on the toggle button to enable/disable the Password email notification functionality.



Functionality 3: 


Enable/Disable Delete Certificate Email Notification


Whenever you delete any Certificate explicitly, you will receive an email notification about it.


Click on the toggle button to enable/disable the Delete Certificate email notification functionality.




Page 2: Certificate Settings




Functionality 1: 


Enable/Disable Creator’s Name on the Certificate

Here, the Company or Business Admin has a choice to print a type of certificates:

  • Certificate on Company Name: The asset belongs to Company
  • Creator’s Name on the Certificate: The asset belongs to Company but is presented in collaboration with Creator (Employee's Name) who originally created the artwork.

Click on the toggle button to enable/disable creator’s name on the certificate.




By default, Certificate Management functionality is disabled.
