How to go through KYB Process?

To ensure the security of your creation, MyIPR admin must undergo a KYB authentication and verification process that enables business users to generate the certificate in a few simple steps.

KYB Process is done for the entire business organization by the enterprise admin. Business users need not to perform their individual KYC process. 

Let’s check out how it's done.

User Authentication: KYB Process

Step 1: 

Once you are logged in and want to complete the KYB process to create your asset, click on "Complete KYB".

Click on your country.

Step 2:

Let’s get you verified.

Click on the Confirmation Box after reading the Privacy Notice and Consent. 

Step 3:

After confirming, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Step 4:

Insert the following details:

• Enter your Company Name

• Select the country where your company is located.

• Upload the following documents:

  1. Document confirming the company’s legal existence (e.g., the certificate of incorporation or a recent excerpt from a state company registry).

  2. Document identifying the company’s beneficial owners.

Step 5:

Please verify the individual and provide the following details about the company's shareholder or other members:

• Select among individual or Company options.
• Choose the UBO’s position within the company.
  1. Select among Shareholder, Director, or Other
  2. Enter First Name
  3. Enter Last Name
  4. Enter Middle Name (optional)
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Enter Email ID
  7. Contact Number
• Send verification link of the added person for individual verification.
  
  

Step 6:

Let’s get the verification done. If you stay in the USA, choose its button. If you are from any other country, choose the Other button. 

Step 7:

You must select the country that issues your identity cards/documents. The identity documents should be in accordance with the law of the land.

Step 8:

Select and upload the required images of the selected document/identity card.

Click on Continue and Proceed afterward.

If you wish to continue this process from your phone. You can also select Continue on the Phone for the further process of verification.

Step 9:

Turn on your camera and click a selfie by clicking on the I’M READY button.

Step 10:

Check and edit/confirm your uploaded document images and selfie. Click on the NEXT button afterward.

Step 11:

Your data has been submitted for KYB processing and verification. Your KYB verification will take 24 to 48 hours.
