We understand your significant responsibility for effective user management. MyIPR Business aims to ease your efforts by introducing MyIPR User Management Panel.
Let’s go through the process and functionalities one by one.
Invite the User/Creator to the Business Account
These are the following steps to add or invite user(s) to the Business account:
Step 1:
User Management Page
Click on the User Management page on the left panel.
Step 2:
Invite User
Click on the Invite User button in the top right corner. Only KYCed users can invite other users.
Step 3:
Enter User Details
Enter the following details of the user to invite:
Enter the First Name in the Input box.
Criteria for entering First Name
Only alphabets, hyphens, spaces, and apostrophes are allowed.
It should allow max 3-to-25-character length.
Enter the Last Name in the Input box.
Criteria for entering Last Name:
Only alphabets, hyphens, spaces, and apostrophes are allowed.
It should allow max 3-to-25-character length.
Enter the active Email Address of the user to invite.
Step 4:
Send Invite
Click on Send Invite button after filling up the user details.
A Reset Password Email will be sent to the invited user.
The user will be redirected to the reset password page via email, where users will fill details like Login ID and temporary password.

The added user status will be shown as pending until the user logs in to the account.
Other Functionalities of User Management
Functionality 1:
Search by Name or Email ID
This search bar helps you to find the user by Name or Email ID.
Functionality 2:
Sort by Status
You can sort and find the users by selecting their status as Active or Inactive.
Functionality 3:
View Joined Users
By selecting View Joined Users, you can see all the users who have joined MyIPR using the invitation sent by Admin.
Functionality 4:
View the Invited User
By selecting View Invited Users, you can see all the users invited to join MyIPR via email but didn't log in yet. Their status will be shown as pending until they log in as a business user to MyIPR.
Functionality 6:
Actions on Invited Users
You can Re-Invite the user via email. Moreover, you can Delete the request or invitation to the user.
