Hi Creator! Do you know, you can create multiple versions of your certificates with MyIPR?

You can create versions of your previous certificate instead of generating a new one to record progress or timestamps on your work.

Let me show you how?

Step 1:

Select the Certificate (or creation) you wish to create a version for. Click on customize button (vertical three dots) and select "Create New Version".

Step 2:

You will be redirected to Create the Certificate page.

A. File

On “File” page, drag and drop a file or click Browse to upload from local storage.

The criteria to upload a file:
- Local drive - 100MB
- Cloud storage - 5 GB
Note: Executable files are not allowed.

Step 3:

After uploading the file, click Next: Certificate Details button.

Step 4:

Enter the following certificate info:

Enter the Filename

  • Should not have more than 50 characters and a minimum of 4 character.
  • It can contain alphabets, numbers, and special characters, which include " . " , " - " and " _ " only.
  • It cannot be empty.

Select the Category

The Category will show the category of the parent file while creating the version.

Select the Status (Completed or In Progress)

It will be 'completed' by default, but if you think it's not completed yet or wants to update with another version later, select 'In Progress.'

Select the Folder

The folder will show the folder of the parent file while creating the version.

Enter the Description

Maximum characters allowed: 500 Characters

Step 5:

After filling in all the Certificate information, click the Next: Payment button.

Step 6:

For the payment, you can choose among the following options:

  • PAY with MyIPR Credits
  • PAY with Others
    • Debit Card
    • Credit Card
    • UPI Payment

Select your preferred mode of payment and click on Proceed to Pay button.

Step 7:

The version of the Certificate is created, and the Version Number will be added at the bottom of the previous creation's layout.

Also, you can click your previous Certificate and check the version history. There you will find your latest version of the Certificate.
