Hi, Business User! Do you know, you can create multiple versions of your certificates with MyIPR?

If you progress your work again or want to make changes to your last creatives. Instead of generating a new certificate, you can create versions of the previous certificate.

Let me show you how?

Select the Certificate (or creation) you wish to create a version for.

Click on customize button (vertical three dots) and select Create New Version.

Step 2:

You will be redirected to create the certificate page.

Upload the following:

Recommended:
  • Local: 200MB
  • Cloud: 5GB
  • File: Upload the desired file (jpg, png, mp3, mp4) through your System, Google Drive, S3 Bucket, Dropbox, or OneDrive.

Here, you can drag or browse through the drives to upload the file.

Step 3:

After uploading the file, click Next: Certificate Info button.

Select the Status with dropdown (Completed or In Progress)

It will be 'Completed' by default, but if you think it's not completed yet or wants to update with another version later, select 'In Progress.'

Select the Folder with dropdown

Enter the Description

Maximum characters allowed: 500 Characters

Step 5:

After filling in all the Certificate information, click the Next: Payment button.

Step 6:

For the payment, you can choose among the following options:

  • PAY with MyIPR Credits

Select your preferred mode of payment and click on Proceed to Pay button.

Step 7:

Verify if your certificate version is created with the Version Number at the bottom of the previous creation's layout.

Also, you can click your previous certificate and check the version history.
